If your tickets sell and you no longer have them or need more time to send them to the buyer, let us know immediately.
To report an issue with delivering your tickets, click the link in the email we sent you to let you know your tickets sold. Or your can go directly to your sales to report an issue with delivering your tickets.
The sooner you let us know, the better we can help the buyer, which can help reduce the likelihood that you incur additional charges.
Remember: Sellers are responsible for delivering tickets on time and as promised. Failing to do so violates our User Agreement and may result in the cancellation of the sale. If your sale is cancelled, you may be charged for replacements tickets and be subject to other consequences, including additional fees or account suspension.
