We only make announcements after we confirm the event has been officially postponed or rescheduled. We’ll send you an email with the info shortly after. You don’t need to contact us with updates.
If an event has been postponed and rescheduled
Your tickets are yours to use on the new date. Hold on to your tickets and use them on the rescheduled date. If you're unable to use the tickets, you may be able to sell them on StubHub.
If, for any reason, the tickets that you have are no longer valid for entry, don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. We’ll give you a full refund per our FanProtect Guarantee.
If the event has not yet been rescheduled
We encourage you to check the team or venue website, or call the box office, for the most up-to-date information. We will re-list the event as soon as a date is announced. Again, you can attend the event on the rescheduled date or, if there's enough time, list them on StubHub.
If a postponed event is ultimately cancelled
You'll receive a full refund including fees.
Unfortunately, the circumstances surrounding postponed events are unpredictable. Although we will try to help you resolve your ticket situation, we’re not responsible for postponed events, partial performances, line-up changes, or venue, date, or time changes. No refunds will be issued in these instances.
