What Is Going On With FanRewards

1. Q. How do I use my FanCodes?

1. Just select any available FanCode during checkout:

2. Go through the checkout process, and before placing your order select the discount (fancodes) you’d like to apply to your order.

3. Click “Buy now” and the tickets are yours!  

 

2. Q. Are there any rules for using my FanCodes?

A. You can use your FanCodes on anything on StubHub (except gift cards), and they're yours until they expire. Check your available FanCodes and expiration dates in your StubHub account.

Just remember, FanCodes are non-transferable, have no cash value and can't be used retroactively for prior purchases.


3. Q. What happens to my FanCodes if my order is cancelled?

A. We'll credit your FanCode back to your account the same way we do it today.

 

4. Q. I love Fan Rewards! Why is it changing?

A.  We're committed to bringing fans the best experience possible. That's why we're always working to improve our products and our programs--including Fan Rewards. And we felt we could do even more. We believe the new experience will bring richer, more meaningful rewards to even more fans.

A. You'll still be able to find the same great tickets for your favorite teams and artists, but there will no longer be a 2-3% redeemable amount added to your account when you make a purchase.
